Privacy Policy
Short version: your claim is yours. We don't publish it, sell it, or send it to the people in it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, date of birth, role, optional bio and links) and the content of the claims and files you submit.
Who can see your claims
Only you and our moderation team. Claims are never public and are never shared with anyone mentioned in them. Admin access exists solely for moderation and referral.
Emails
We send account emails and a confirmation when you file a claim. We do not send marketing email.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and claims.
Retention
Claims are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for moderation and legal-compliance records, unless you request earlier deletion.
